In this episode of Quick Tech learn how to allow VirtuWorks to connect to your Mac/OSX through screen share. This function can assist in troubleshooting or resolving issues. You’ll need to alter the privacy settings which currently restrict such features. You can do this by:
- Connect to the rescue console
- From the options, select download and allow
- Launch the icon and when prompted, select ‘Open System Preferences’
- System preferences will open and you’ll need to unlock the settings
- Select the accessibility tab on the left
- On the right, checkmark the Virtuworks Client
- Select Screen Recording on the left and again checkmark the Virtuworks Client
- Apply the lock again by clicking it
