From the home screen of your iPhone or iPad, click the mail icon shown in fig. 01-01.

You will see a list of mail services appear. Click the Microsoft Exchange icon.

You should see the Exchange configuration popup. Enter the email address, username, password and description for the exchange account and then click next.

A new field will appear for entering the mail Server’s address. Enter the address and click next.

in the Exchange account popup, choose whether Contacts or Calendars should be enabled and then click save.

You should now have access to your hosted exchange account via your iPad or iPhone.
